Ask CBD GENIE a Question

Shipping – My CBD Cert Resources

In order to ship CBD it needs to be hemp-derived and contain less than .03 % THC. In the Hemp Farming Act of 2018, the government Considers legal CBD as cannabidiol derived from strands of hemp.This classification of CBD is considered legal in all 50 states and can be shipped across state lines. The seller is obligated to have the necessary documentation that demonstrates they are working with a licensed CBD grower and producer.COAs must be accompanied by shipments. Read carefully the shipper’s rules as they can vary. Here they are:

● USPS: https://about.usps.com/postal-bulletin/2019/pb22521/html/updt_002.htm ● UPS;

● https://www.ups.com/us/en/help-center/packaging-and-supplies/special-care-shipments/ hemp.page

● Fedex:

There are plenty of local shippers. You should ask before shipping what their rules are.

A signed self-certification statement, subject to the False Statements Act Statements must be printed on the mailer’s own letterhead and must be signed by the maile. The industrial hemp producer possesses a license issued by the Department of Agriculture, for the state where the post office must also be included.

There are also companies that have agreements with shippers that is another option such as www.easyship.com
